In late March, Trump had 755 estimated delegates according to many articles, including Wikipedia’s. There were over 25 pages of articles in Google searches made April 2nd. There were also over 25 pages for 739 delegate searches. Also on April 2nd, Wikipedia’s and 12 other articles were found with 749 delegates, a change since late March.
Now today the New York Times and many others are reporting 735 which is 59% ROUNDED and UNROUNDED.
As for the others:
- 739 of the required 1237 to win the GOP nomination is 60% rounded.
- 739 of the required 1237 to win the GOP nomination is UNDER 60% UNROUNDED.
- 755 of the required 1237 to win the GOP nomination is 61% BOTH rounded AND unrounded.
- 749 of the required 1237 to win the GOP nomination is 61% rounded and 60% unrounded.
Wikipedia has a policy of neutrality, what about all of those who used 739 and 735?
